Entertainment: For Mom there is shopping, relaxing by the fireplace or just having the laid back attitude. For Dad and the kids the cottage is a short distance from the Peshtigo River which has a boat ramp, swimming, and fishing. It is a short five miles away from the Menominee River and The Bay of Green Bay for boating or more fishing. If you need to dock your boat while on vacation there are two boat marinas near by.
Sightseeing: Visit the Peshtigo Fire Historic Museum and the mass grave site. If you enjoy Country Music you will be five miles from the Porterfield Country Music Festival that is an annual event. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, parks and shopping. Stay with us and enjoy our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a large deck and backyard with a campfire pit, horseshoe pit, and park. There is a place to park a large boat on the property.
The home has one queen size bed and a double, with a couch. Sleeps four to five comfortably. With this unit you will need to bring your own towels and lines and extra mattress if more than two couples are renting.
PLEASE DO NOT GRILL NEAR THE COTTAGE AS IT MAY MELT THE SIDING.
Rent is $650 a week for up to six people or $125.00 per night with a two night minimum (max 6 people). All holiday weekends are a three night minimum.
